Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – SETHREEVEN
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with European Union regulations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
EXCHANGES
Due to the limited nature of our drops, exchanges (including size exchanges) are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability.
The fastest way to ensure you get a different item is to return your current item (if eligible) and place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
* Sale items
* Worn or used items
* Items without original tags
PRE-ORDERS
Items purchased as pre-orders are subject to production times and may take approximately 4–8 weeks to be shipped.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to these timelines. Pre-order items can`t be canceled!
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
REFUNDS
Only the full price of the product will be refunded, excluding the shipping price.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
